DeltaForce Down Pressure System
The DeltaForce automatically controls down pressure on every row for more accurate seed depths across varying soil conditions. This system will keep the seed at a consistent depth within your various field conditions. It is also beneficial to use when planting at higher speeds when seed depth is even more crucial.
vSet Seed Meter with vDrive Electric Drive Motor
The combination of the Seed Meter and Electric Drive Motor gives independent and accurate population control, no matter the speed. vSet and vDrive give the operator the ability to run prescriptions which allows the grower to place more seeds in higher producing grounds and less seeds in lower producing grounds.
CleanSweep Residue Manager
CleanSweep allows the operator to set and adjust residue managers from the cab. The air cylinder provides flexibility and enhanced performance to clear residue and improve emergence without going too deep to create trenches.
In heavy residue or no-till conditions, pressure can be added to the floating residue manager to hold it down and create a path for the row unit. In lighter soil conditions, pressure can be reduced to allow the manager to float across the top.
Speed Tubes
The Speed Tube option delivers the highest level of seed placement accuracy. This system uses a flighted belt to control the delivery of the seed from the meter to the furrow, eliminating the drop and tumble variability of traditional gravity drop tubes.
The Speed Tube automatically adjusts the speed the flighting spins to match the speed of the tractor to deliver the seed perfectly and eliminate seed tumble.
AFS Furrow Command
Available to order for model year 2024, the Precision Disk series air drill with AFS Furrow Command will help producers get the most out of every seed. AFS Furrow Command adds to the accuracy of our patented parallel-link row-unit by helping automate downforce setting and maintain consistent seed depth regardless of terrain. Feedback from the system also allows operators to minimize the force required to maintain gauge wheel contact with the ground for reduced component wear. This no-till solution can be ordered on the PD 550T, PD 550, and PD500DS.

1. Downforce Automation
- Controls downforce across entire drill
- AFS Furrow Command downforce automation is upgradable to downforce automation by section with a Dealer Installed Kit
2. Downforce Automation by Section
- Independently controls downforce for the center section and each wing section
- Provides higher resolution of control in variable field conditions
